- Where do you ship from?
- Our warehouse is located in Morningside, Brisbane. We ship daily to all states and territories in Australia.
- How quickly will my juicer ship?
- Orders received prior to 1.00pm AEST will ship same day. Orders received after 1.00pm will ship the following day.
- Which freight company's do you use?
- Standard delivery is via Australia Post eParcel which includes tracking and insurance. Express delivery is via Australia Post Express.
- How long will it take for my juicer to arrive?
- Standard delivery to metro Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne will take 2 to 3 days. For other regions within Australia, please allow 3 to 7 days. Express delivery to Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne is generally next day. Express delivery to Adelaide and Perth will take 1 to 2 days.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Bank Deposit.
- Can I place an order over the phone?
- Yes, simply call us on (07) 3395 8002.
- Can I pick-up my order from your showroom in Morningside, Brisbane?
- Yes, you can collect your order from our showroom, or, if you would prefer to see the entire range before making a decision, you can visit our showroom and decide which Hurom model and colour is best suited to you. Our showroom may also have a few ex-display units for sale hence you might even save a few dollars.
- Will I receive the Australian version or an overseas version?
- You will receive the Australian version specifically made for Australia with the correct Australian plug and Australian Electrical certifications.
- Do you accept returns?
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Hurom juicing experience, return your juicer and the accessories in its original packaging to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your money in full.
- What is the warranty?
- The motor on all domestic Hurom Cold Press Juicers is covered by a 10 year manufacturer's warranty. The remaining parts are covered by a 2 year warranty. The warranty on the H22 Commercial Juicer is 1 year on both motor and parts.

"WOW, this juicer is awesome for so many reasons! I live in a unit and our neighbours are so noisy they're a nightmare. I have wanted to juice for such a long time but the juicer I have is so noisy, like all other juicers are it sounds like a jackhammer and I never use it because of this reason. The Hurom was the absolute right choice. Now I can have fresh juice at any time of day or night.
